“Danieli” Cake

Ingredients: 42% cream (pasteurized cow's milk; pasteurized dairy cream; white granulated sugar; pasteurized chicken eggs);

Handmade cake layers: wheat flour type 500; white granulated sugar; fresh hen's eggs; pasteurized cow's milk; refined sunflower oil; bananas - 5%; raising agent - baking powder (sodium hydrogen carbonate, emulsifier: sodium diphosphate; starch);

Frosting: magic cream and banana pieces – 5%.

 

Storage conditions: under temperature T = -18°С.

Instructions for use: The product is thawed under temperature T = +4°С for 6 hours.

After thawing to be stored at temperature T = +2 /+4°С for 5 days.

Do not refreeze after thawing.
